Desmond Tutu appelle l’Ouganda à renoncer à la loi antihomosexualité
L’archevêque anglican sud-africain Desmond Tutu a appelé dimanche le président ougandais, Yoweri Museveni, à renoncer à la loi antihomosexuels, tout en renforçant, s’il le souhaite, les sanctions pénales contre le viol et la pédophilie.
